Order Information

For any orders or shipments, pls. contact Customer Service via sales@gucon.com or market@gucon.com  or +86.20.3229.3176.

During placing orders, pls. kindly provide information as below:

1. Product name, specifications, Cat. Number, Quantity, address of delivery and contact info.
2. Initial customers (in China) who place the first order should fax the copy of updated company license, medical device distribution license which should include 6840 IVD (II or III) and taxation license (with corporate seal )to +86.20.3229.3177.
3. If have any special requirements for package or shipment, pls. provide notice in the order.
4. After remittance, pls. send the remittance receipt (or notification) via sales@gucon.com or market@gucon.com and copy to finance@gucon.com .

Other Notifications

Commonly for the customers from China, the products will be shipped within 2 working days after receiving the payment if products available in the stock, if products are not available, then date of delivery will be informed by customer service staff. The delivery fee will be paid by GUCON once the amount reached the basic requirements of GUCON, otherwise, the delivery fee will be paid by the customer who ordered the products. 

For overseas customers, the price offered will be ex works price, if you need us to cover the freight fee, pls. kindly indicated it with your order.  And the date of delivery will be confirmed by our staff directly.
